Hannah loves Bryan! Bryan loves Hannah!
We enjoyed a delicious meal with Karen and Jim (was this a meet the parents moment?), and our journey togther as foodies began.
Our first time in Vegas: truffle potato chips to die for at Emeril's Delmonico, Hannah shattered a $100 glass of vino, and Bryan actually danced!
I first met Hannah in the 6th grade over a discussion of Halloween costumes and we instantly became friends. Hannah became part of my family. It seemed we spent everyday together after school. She either came to my house or I went to hers. We both were fans of Indiana Jones. We went to school together all the way through high school. Our paths separated when we went to college but we never lost touch. Hannah will always be my friend. She is a person where we can go months without talking, but pick up a conversation as if no time has passed. When Hannah told me she had met Bryan I could not wait to meet him. I wanted to meet the man who made my friend so happy. I am yet to meet a couple that compliments each other the way that these two do. I am so happy to be part of their special day.
So with that said, here is an Irish quote for my Irish friend:
May God be with you and bless you.
May you see your children's children.
May you be poor in misfortune, rich in blessings.
May you know nothing but happiness.
From this day forward.
Art Days at the pool began in high school. Hannah, Lesley and Mollie kept the creative juices flowing in college with Monday Parties and Art, Wine & Cheese Nights in college (we still have the art!).
Hannah and I have literally been friends since birth. In the beginning it may have been forced upon us... I wasn't much of a talker and Hannah was well... Hannah. :) But over the years we've become the best of friends and I could not be happier to play such a close role in her wedding to Bryan! Love you Hannah! You too Bryan ;)
Bryan practically lived in a fraternity house in college, but it was a great experience. Those 5 official guy roommates and the 3 unofficial (girlfriends) are some of our best friends!
Cheers to our beautiful daughter and soon to be son, we love you lots!
I remember the night you two first met (or maybe it was the first time I saw Bryan). It was quite the romantic scene: a squalid bug-infested couch in a college-town backyard, the two of you squished intimately in one corner. You were serenaded by intermittent drunken laughter, bursts of cheers from triumphant beer pong players, and deep pulsating dubstep... The look on your faces though, you'd've thought you were at a private candlelit table for two. I knew at that moment that Bryan was a special kind of guy to command my cousin's full attention, and the look of adoration and tenderness in your eyes Hannah confirmed this. *Cue Mariah's We Belong Together * ;) Much love to you both.
